SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the high volume of orders each week, we ask that you allow 3-7 business days for order processing and shipping.

Please note that once your order is shipped, USPS tends not to scan at all locations. Please check the tracking number through the USPS website, if there are shipping delays or issues, please contact the nearest post office

LOST PACKAGES/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, please make sure you write your address correctly. Please be sure to verify your address as your order will be shipped to the address listed on your order confirmation/receipt. This includes Paypal addresses.

If the package is returned or needs to be reshipped for any reason other than our error, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fees. USPS-UPS-DHL-FEDEX failures do not reflect how we treat our customers.

What happens after the shipment leaves our warehouse is out of our control. If your order is shipped without insurance, HINT OF LOVE CREATIONS, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We cannot replace or resend items purchased without insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, you can do so by selecting Priority Mail. *If your order appears as delivered but you have not received it yet, please wait at least a week to see if your order arrives.

 We are a small, independent company, so these are rules, not rigid principles! Simply contact us if you need an update on the shipping time assessed for your request.
